Petite Weddings
Having planned my own wedding, I have grown fond of helping others' ensure their vision comes to life. The intimacy of a smaller/mid sized wedding allows me to really get to know my client’s personalities and unique love story. I thoroughly enjoy each aspect of this journey that we take together. From the initial conversation, and design, to the stages of planning/coordinating, and careful execution, the goal is to create and provide an experience that will be everlasting.
Celebration of Life
I’ve had the great honor of planning my own father’s Celebration of Life two years ago in Ketchum, ID. It was one of the hardest and most beautiful experiences of my lifetime. Being a special part of a loved one’s Celebration of Life is the highest regard I consider. This unique experience begins when I am able to really get a sense of the family’s wishes to honor their beloved. As a trained counselor in “another lifetime”, I bring the art of listening, communication and compassion to any event. I am very skilled at weaving the tapestries of your loved one’s life into the celebration, being respectful and mindful of the family’s grieving process.
Day Of
We ensure that your event runs smoothly, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your special day. Our team oversees the execution of all your carefully made plans, managing logistics and keeping everything on track.
We serve as the main point of contact for vendors, making sure they fulfill their responsibilities as scheduled. If any last-minute issues arise, we handle them quickly and efficiently so you don’t have to worry. Our goal is to bring your vision to life seamlessly, creating a stress-free and memorable celebration for you and your guests.
Project Coordinating Services
We also offer Project Coordinating Services to help plan, organize, and manage your event or project from start to finish. We handle logistics, communicate with vendors and keep everything on schedule. Our goal is to simplify the process, solve problems before they arise, and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. Whether you need help with planning, scheduling, or execution, we take care of the details so you can focus on what matters most.
